Edit Group Assets
The following steps will guide you manage all resources associated to the group.
Follow the steps described in View group details section.
This will display the details of selected group. In the section Assets of the group you can:
Associate users:
Go to Users tab and click ASSOCIATE button to associate a new user to group.
This will display a popup with the domain users list minus already associated users.
You can search users by Search text field, and you can select one or more users by relative checkbox. You can also select all users by Select all switch.
Once the desired users have been selected, click on ASSOCIATE button.
Remove users:
Go to Users tab.
Click on trashcan icon relating to the row of the user whose association with the group you wish to remove.
Click on DELETE button to confirm the operation.
If a user-group association is deleted, all user-applications associations for applications in that group will also be removed
Associate applications:
Go to Applications tab and click ASSOCIATE button to associate a new application to group.
This will display a popup with the domain applications list minus already associated applications.
You can search application by Search text field, and you can select one or more applications by relative checkbox. You can also select all applications by Select all switch.
Once the desired applications have been selected, click on ASSOCIATE button.
Remember that these applications will be associated By Group to all users in group.
Remove applications:
Go to Applications tab.
Click on trashcan icon relating to the row of the application whose association with the group you want to remove.
Click on DELETE button to confirm the operation.
Remember that will be delete all user-application associations for all users in the group.
Associate attributes:
Go to Attributes tab.
Click on ASSOCIATE button to value a new attribute for the group.
This will display a popup. Search and select the desired attribute from Search attribute select.
Click on plus icon below and insert the value for attribute in text area. You can add more values for the attribute, always clicking on plus icon.
Click on ADD button.
Remember that the attribute values will be the same values for all users in group.
Edit attribute values:
Go to Attributes tab.
Click on pencil icon of the attribute row you want to edit.
Click on plus icon to add a new value for attribute or click on pencil icon in the values already present to edit.
If you edit values already present, click on EDIT button, instead go to step 7.
Click on CONFIRM button.
Remember that the attribute values will be the same values for all users in group.
Remove attributes:
Go to Attributes tab.
Click on trashcan icon relating to the row of the attribute you want to remove from group.
Click on DELETE button to confirm the operation.
Remember that the attribute will be remove from all users in the group.
Associate scopes:
Go to Scopes tab.
Click on ASSOCIATE button.
This will display a popup with the OAuth/OpenID applications list that have scopes. You can search application by Search text field, and you can select one or more applications by relative checkbox. You can also select all applications by Select all switch.
One you have selected one or more applications, select one or more scopes from Scopes select below.
Remember that the Scopes select is populated by scopes from the selected applications at step 5.
- Click on ASSOCIATE button to confirm the operation.
Remember that these scopes will be associate to all users in group.
Edit scopes:
Go to Scopes tab.
Click on pencil icon relating to the row of the scope you want to edit.
This will display a popup with the previous values inserted and which can be changed.
Click on CONFIRM button to confirm the operation.
Remember that these scopes will be edit fot all users in group.
Remove scopes:
Go to Scopes tab.
Click on trashcan icon relating to the row of the scope you want to remove.
Click on DELETE button to confirm the operation.
Remember that these scopes will be remove from all users in group.
