Search Users
This section provides comprehensive instructions on to search a specific user' in Monokee.
The following steps will guide you through the process of viewing an user:
Navigate to your Monokee custom fully qualified domain name (FQDN) or if you haven't set up a custom FQDN, go to Monokee's default page and enter your domain ID. Then, enter your login credentials to access your account.
Open the left sidebar and select Users from the menu.
In the upper left corner, are present two different fields that can be used in combination to search for users:
- By default, Username attribute is selected in Search by field and you can enter the value you want in the Search text field. For example, select Username and enter
john.doe@example.org
or a part of it. It returns only the user with Monokee Username that contains atjohn.doe@example.org
or a part of it as value. - If you want filter users by Attribute value, you must select the attribute you want from Search by select and enter the value for attribute in the Search text field. For example, select email and insert
john.doe@example.org
or a part of it. It returns only users who have the email attribute that containsjohn.doe@example.org
or a part of it as value. - If you want filter users that have a Attributes, you must select the attribute you want from Search by select. For example, select email. It returns only users who have the email attribute.
